what is manage payment
 

so, recently we got email from ebay for manage payment upgrade within by first week of janurary. so, i am woundering what exactly is it??
also, last 2 days ago we got account limitation from paypal need to provide proof of ID, Business Information, proof of fullfilment for only 1 transaction & supplier invoice ..

we have already provide 1st & 2 documents also, uploaded tracking number from ups. we dropship from amazon to ebay so, we are planing for ⊗⊗⊗⊗ supplier invoice..
any experts suggestion???

Note: these is our legit account with ssn & llc attached to paypal

You're in Nepal but have a legitimate USA account with a SSN on file?

Anyway managed payments is eBay's replacement for Paypal. eBay's goal is to be handling all money by 2023 so when that time comes no seller will be able to accept payments through Paypal. MP runs like Amazon payouts or a traditional merchant account. eBay takes in your payments and then sends them to your bank account in daily batches.

I have no suggestions for your invoice problem.

google invoice maker and take care of your problem. You're likely to fail anyway, why not just make your own? It takes a few mins. I actually had ebay approve a few with an online invoice maker. However i didn't feel like reinstating it..Due to some other issues.

my partner is from USA. So, if we sineup for MP don't we have to worry about paypal risk? also, if somehow our paypal acc get totaly limit can we use mp ?

Right, Paypal is totally out of the loop for you as the seller once you're using MP. Your buyers can still pay with Paypal but eBay gets the money instead of it going into your Paypal account, and they later pay it out to you.

BUT they're no easier to get along with than Paypal, based on what people are saying so far. If you frequently have issues with Paypal then it'll probably be the same in MP.

To be perfectly honest. MP was implemented due to the ever increasing "fee dodging". Ebay will now have total control of sellers funds to stamp this out including other payment related issues. PayPal could cease to be an option from July 2023, when its agreement with Ebay runs out.

Ebay no longer grows,its stock is going nowhere,picking up MP add a little more revenue and profit to the bottom and top line,why let Paypal collects 30 cents plus 2.9% when it can do it instead

I see no reason for eBay to drop Paypal as an option for buyers since Paypal has already been integrated into managed payments. They would be cutting off a large portion of their market who refuses to pay with anything other than Paypal (speaking from experience as a seller who used to have a merchant account linked to eBay instead of a Paypal account).

I think you're right about them wanting more control though. They're making that more and more evident with each update. They're doing what they have to do in order to compete with Amazon but it's really ruining the spirit of eBay. eBay used to be a great place for B2B and building long-lasting business relationships but those days are gone. :(

Too much too fast is usually the culprit...slow low and spread sales out.

i think every paypal user has to suffer these problem one day, either sooner or latter.
