Ebay Managed Payments and Stakeholders
Hey guys, I tried applying for Ebay managed payments today but I am stuck on the part of stakeholders information. I set up this account with a multi member LLC with my friends name and my name on the LLC and I have been using the EIN # for the business to pay for taxes. But now I have added my friends name and social security # on the MP application and put him as a director/beneficial owner/primary contact but now is Ebay is asking for the names and SS # of the rest of the stakeholders in the company. Which I obviously can't do because I am the remaining member. What should I do here? Do they check for all members SS #s? |
