MP banking question
 

So lets say that I log into ebay and commence to signing up step by step with MP. And I get to the banking info, could I put my friends name in instead of my real name?? The routing # and other bank info I can put in because the bank account is my own legitimate accnt. I believe I had to do something like that years back when linking my ebay/paypal account and it worked or does that not apply now.

Well, and also my ebay registered address is not the same as my bank. Does that matter? :help

I have yet to see evidence that name matching is required.

Ok...back in the day when I "stealthed" my account, I know that I used a different name, other than my real, to link my paypal to my bank. I either read it in the forum or it was confident advice given on the forum. And it worked!

So with MP and my bank, would my pseudo name affiliated with my ebay account name work when I enter the "Name" in for my banking info??

Has anyone else tried that? I hope Im wording all of this correctly. If not, then have a good laugh on my expense. =}- Thanks!

ebay account details and mp account registration details must match.

Not sure if mismatch bank info works or not to accept payments.

To those who have switched over to MP, were you asked for your SSN to complete the process? I suppose using my friends ssn that my ebay account is in would be out?? Thanks

Yes, MP asks for a SSN.

I have multiple Canadian accounts that got invite to MP and you aren’t required to submit SIN for personal account, instead they will ask you for passport or DL. How are they going to verify that my passport serial number is valid?

No different than the customs officer types in your passport number to find out,private detective can do that too.

They can check drivers licenses if you government/province shares DL information with data companies. That information is available if you research it.
