Paying eB Fees when enrolled in MP question

TLDR in the bottom.

So my automatic payment shows that it is under PayPal,
If i am switched over tor MP will it automatically deduct my eBay end of the month fees to each sale?

I am still seeing that I owe a balance and it says it will be deducted from my Paypal Account.
That paypal account does not have a bank account linked to it

TLDR:
Is there away to have eBay deduct all the ebay fees from the income made from MP?

If not, is there any type of flag if I link my real bank account to ebay to pay for my ebay fees?
Names will be mismatched with the bank I will be using.

eBay managed payments are deducting transaction fees and FVF from each sale. Any shop fees, promoted listing fees and return postage will be added to your monthly invoice and billed to your payment method once a month, there is no way you can get these fees deducted from your managed payment balance. I use a prepaid card to make one off payment each month. So far all good

If i did auto pay with a personal debit that isnt a name match, will that raise any flags?

Best way to pay any fees to eBay whether it be for promotions, fees for your eBay store or anything else other than selling fees that are deducted straight away is to pay by ACH. In a stealth account they can not see who you are, do not use a credit or debit card you are opening yourself up to having the account suspended.

I meant to say my personal Checkings or Savings account, not debit**

Are they not able to see my name if I paid via checkings / savings account with an account number and routing number but mismatch name
