New-ish account being asked to register MP
 

Hi, I have a 90 day aged stealth account and got my first 6 reviews and about $750 in sales and I got this ebay system message:


"Getting paid on eBay has changed
Update your account details by Jan 25, 2021 to continue creating new listings.

Has anyone else gotten this with new-ish stealth accounts?
Are they starting to roll out MP with new sellers?

Was the eBay acct made or upgraded to a business acct prior to getting that message?

And if not, what was the time frame for making the $750? Was it all made within a few days?

Had another person tell me they sold some books and got requested, didn't sell a whole lot. Kinda weird, because i have accounts year+ old and selling lots and haven't been requested

nope, it is a personal account never upgraded.

and the $750 was made throughout one month.

I now have 3 stealths all in the same boat.

I opened an account and paypal was not an option to receive payments. Only MP.

Just a thought, has anybody registered an eBay account in a US protectorate country like Guam could that off set MP for a while and still be a US account.
