Business verification failure
We have registered a new corporation (Canada) and used it to register on Managed Payment (within 2 days from registration), eBay have sent a message that they have failed to verify business information provided and ask for review and company documentation.
Do eBay fail to verify because company is still new? (I remember reading the post of someone who had a similar case, I tried to search it, but I couldn't find it)
If that's the reason, if we wait for sometime and then sending the same information could that be a solution? |
