Private to businness acc obbligation

Managed payments is coming also to italy, ebay wrote me to change to businness acc from personal, i did, but what they will ask me when i will register to MP? just the bank ?

Why is this happening?, due many sales?, +1000 feedbacks?.

Is there a way eBay doesn't change you from personal to business?

I am planning to end all my listings before April to see if that cools my account

What do you think guys?

If your volume of sales is high then they will request you switch from personal to business, this has been in place way before managed payments were even thought of
