Are name and DOB enough to get linked?
 

When we use our real name and DOB in the move to MP (and keeping everything else stealth), can ebay decide to link us to our previously banned account, 'just' based on name and DOB?
I know that name and DOB restrict so much the possibilities to one person, but still....ebay can't be 100% sure....I'm sure there is a percentage of people (low I suppose) that shares name and DOB with others...and so even these two details doesn't make them unique..
What do you think?

Borderline, but if address is the same, with name and dob, then it becomes a hardlink. Thats my opinion has far as I know

there has to be a reason for an Ebay rep to look further,if they want to pick on you,they will.
Just dont give them a reason to do so
