There doesn't seem to be a way around MP at all. The way I understand it is in the latter days from ebay to paypal, we used made up information (per..Phaz post), watched our IP address's and real info, and now its from ebay to your BANK account, so you have to identify yourself to the bank with real-time info/ssn etc. If you take the chances and falsify that info, then you would accepting a chance on the repercussions of the choices you made and its just not worth it.
