Ebay MP account troubles
 

Has anyone encountered such a problem on ebay mp?

I have $ 2000 available on my account, but when I click on "Payout schedule" it says: You don't have any funds available for payout, so there is no upcoming payout scheduled.

this has been going on for more than a week, although I choose a daily payouts

the account is more than 2 years old, and has recently registered in the MP

You need to get in touch with them. It sounds like they are holding your payouts because they either want to verify your identity of confirm your bank with a statement/micro deposits, but a glitch on their end is preventing you from receiving a notification making this request. Reach out to them and be persistent. They are total morons and don't know how their own systems work. Eventually you will get someone competent enough to trigger the banner requesting what they want. I have had this happen before.
