Last 4 of ssn, but you were able to enroll without the full ssn is that correct?

I have 1 account with full SSN and the others last 4 SSN because by the time I signed up the other accounts ebay only asked for last 4

The ones where you signed up and they asked for last 4 ssn, have you sold a lot so far? If so, they ask for full ssn? Or do they eventually want the full ssn?

So what is the max limit until they ask you for that full social? I've been having a lot of mixed results. Name matching doesn't matter for bank

I have sold about $2500 it has only been about 3 months since I signed up and I am using my stealth accounts that still have PayPal instead

I have over 30 stealth accounts I still have about half with paypal no MP so I am using the accounts that still have paypal to sell mostly. So in the past 3 months I have only sold about $2500 on the MP accounts and the rest on my other ebay accounts that I can still use paypal

Just a thought, if you don't need a ssn for a UK account, what would a non UK resident need to do in order to open a UK ebay account? So many of my customers are in the UK anyway.

Does anyone know about this? A UK IP address? A UK address? UK Phone number?

Please advise if you know.
