MP Mismatch Bank Name Question

Say you have an account in a family members or friends info, and the bank attached to the paypal is your own.

Then, when MP invite comes, can you still use that same bank account with your name? Does it need to match the eBay account holders name?

Any info is appreciated, cheers guys.

Here in Italy bank checks name of the incoming ebay payment,
if it doesn't match the bank account holder the payment is refused.
