MP - using LT IBAN on ebay registered in GERMANY?

Hi,

I have ebay stealth account registered in Germany and don t have German IBAN to add to the MP , can I add Lithuanian bank, like Revolut or similar?

Can it goes like this EU accounts --》 IBAN of any European country?
