I got emails from eBay that I need to confirm my address is correct on file prior to May 20, 2021.

Just tried to change the business name on business acc and it is still possible. But is not possible to change the name on individual acc, in order to do that I need to contact customer service. Accounts are registered on .de and .fr

Here is the email:

As a follow up to the email we recently sent informing you that your account will be enabled to register for eBay to manage your payments soon, we’re asking you to verify that the registered address we have on file is correct prior to May 20, 2021.

Please confirm that the address shown in your eBay account matches your national identification document and banking information. You’ll need to enter this information when you register for the new payments experience.

Confirming this information now will streamline the registration process and help to verify your identity, ensuring we can send your payouts without delay when eBay manages your payments.

• If this information is correct, no action is required.
• If this information is incorrect, please update your information by May 20, 2021.

To update your address information, log into your eBay account, then follow the steps below:
1. Go to Personal information or Business information in My eBay.
2. Select Edit next to “Owner name, address.”
3. Select the Country or region dropdown menu and choose your country from the list.
4. If necessary, please update your address.
5. At the same time, check that your email address and phone number is up to date.
6. Review your changes and select Save.

Where eBay will be managing payments, it is important to have your correct location information so we can get you set up properly. Please verify your information and update if needed by May 20, 2021. When eBay manages payments for your account, we will no longer be supporting payouts directly to your PayPal account, although PayPal continues to be available as a payment option for buyers.

I got the same message today, to update address, phone, email. But there was no invite to MP. ����

Just received the invitation. Bank account is requested, not Payoneer. I can update all the account information and account type also. Deadline date is 18/16/21

Deadline 18 June also here on 50 % of my accounts. Some selling very low - 5-6 items per year, some more - guess it doesn't matter.

So what is the solution when you have 5-6 accounts? Is there a way I can keep working with stealth accounts? I am also with bulgarian address btw.

Is there a reason funds have to be withdrawn with payoner and not to real bank acct? Is there something legal we have to take account for?

I think they want to push us to the Payoneer, cos we are not in EUR system (Balkans, Czech, Slovakia, Bulgaria), and its easier to give it to Payoneer to handle. Problem is, in Serbia, you cannot pay anything in EUR without proper papers for the bank (some kind of invoice). Practically, I could not do a refund from my acc, because state legislative prevents that. Thats why they gave us Payoneer - they handle all the money, and in real we would only transfer the net income to our local company accounts, not the working expences that you have.

For Bulgarian accounts we need a bank account (still don't know Bulgarian only or EU can be added). For Serbia may be it's different, still not an EU member.
