Managed Payments and Virtual Banks

Hi - I am a very new seller and would like to ask some questions on MP.

1- Do we need to add a bank account from the marketplace we sell in or from the address we have in Ebay?

2- Is it going to continue with invitation? Will I be able to use Paypal till my account gets a notification?

3- Is it possible to use personal verified accounts like Transferwise or Revolut with the same name and country of Ebay account?
