Still using PayPal and yes, the sales are slow a little bit. I thinks it's normal, this huge transitioning, the platform is much stressed. Also on .de when I try to open a non payed item case it redirects me to cancel the deal options.

This is a new thing. Cancel order opens and then you have to click that the buyer did not pay. Like a faster UIC. I very much like this new feature. Unpaid cases are always forgotten by me and I always ended up paying fees for unpaid items. Finally ebay does something nice.

Unfortunately I don't have or I'm unable to find non payed item button. I have the three cancel the deal options.

Try opening resolution centre and from there add item number and click to resolve a problem - you have not received payment. Cancel order will open then and you'll have the option.

Yes, I've tried in exact same way. There is no unpaid item case option.
