Stealth Account in Payoneer and EBAY

So once I manage to create a stealth Payoneer account and pass all the selfie etc verifications - Does ebay also ask for documents? Or do they do that in countries that do not use Payoneer? Because if the first is the case with the help of creative docs you can setup a stealth selller account cant you?

I think that it is still Adyen processing all payments for ebay but in these smaller countries the verification is outsourced to payoneer since Adyen has a limited country selection. for that reason the credit card risks are unlikely to be on payoneer but on ebay/adyen which may very well lead to tight rules set by ebay on top of the payoneer rules

So I want to create a stealth account to sell at .com EBAY. Since it is harder to create US accounts I was considering to create either UK or Turkey (my country - uses Payoneer). I will get creative docs from service providers (selfie verification/ID/address). They can do docs for both of these countries so my question is which one is more likely to succeed? I will use a stealth Transferwise too.

the toughest countries are UK , USA and others run by Adyen. Here stealth is over.

I think stealth will be working on other countries because it will be impossible to make checks on people through databases and payoneer do not do such checks anyway so with payoneer stealth has been and remains possible

but of course all this also means that other countries will b considered high risk by ebay so I would not try to sell a lot with such accounts as ebay may indeed clamp down on accounts from such countries on the top of any checks made by payoneer

What makes those countries impossible to stealth? Can't you still go stealth with decent quality creative docs?

no , if you don't have real docs you will be suspended on UK , USA etc. , in most cases very quickly , some people are able to hold on for a while but their funds get frozen later and will possibly not get paid out if no genuine docs provided. the same applies to personal accounts , although people can be admitted without docs they will be verified a little later the same way it has been happening on business accounts

Do they have direct access to state databases or something in major countries? How does that work? Or do they use some sort of algorithm? Because if the latter is the case then with some trial and error in addition to decent quality creative docs maybe it becomes possible to succeed in UK for example?

payoneer is easy to set up because they do not check anything. they ask for docs and possibly for a selfie , this is pretty much it. so opening stealth with payoneer is not an issue as long as they do not start video verification and so far it has not happened

the only problem I see here is that ebay are likely to be more strict with sellers from high risk countries because with payoneer you can't open turkey for example and open ebay elsewhere so that everything would need to be identical

What do you mean by you cant open turkey and open elsewhere - couldn't get the sentence.

Apart from volume etc - what extra precautions are you aware of that they take in high risk countries?

I mean that all details between payoneer and ebay must be identical. I have got it confirmed by ebay , even 1 wrong letter could become a problem

in the past you could have had paypal in some third world country and ebay in a low risk large western country and this was working fine

nowdays it will only be possible in the same country

the main risk factors are:

volume in terms of quantity

volume in terms of money

shipping location

type of items

Problems with Payoneer and EB.uk have been extensively chewed over on this forum.

IMO a lot more work is needed to create UK stealth accounts with Adyen. Start to think about Eleectoral roles, establishing Experion presence, trading partners - the old ways appear to be no longer operative

No.. ebay do not verify your each and every detail.. ebay rely on the verifications of Payoneer..
