Payoneer couldn't verify my info
 

Hello,

I have a 10 years old stealth eBay account with 1000+ feedback. All good.

However Payoneer couldn't verify my info (actually the same kind of creativity that worked with other Payo accounts).

Does this mean that this is a kiss goodbye to my eBay account?

I'm not sure if Payoneer or MP/eBay is unable to verify your identity.

May be low/middle quality issue. Try with better one or contact them for further assistance.

Last option is to change eBay details to yours and open non stealth Payoneer.

you should give more details , which country , what kind of ID sent , what kind of docs requested , approx. text of py messages with acceptance/refusal

Well, they have requested for ID and UB. I have submitted them and they said that they were blurry (which they were not - they succeeded on other accounts under same res and size).

I have submitted them again in better res and also sent another UB (since they said that the one I first sent wasn't good enough - then again, it *did* succeed on other accts).

Yet they sent a third mail asking me to upload another UB, but when I clicked on the link (legit email), there was no place for me to submit the docs (marked as rejected besides the previous uploads).

Now I find that my balances are blocked (not a single cent on them). I have opened a case and chatted with them and they have said that they will contact me soon (which I doubt since they CS is top bottom).

were they photos or scans?

UB = Utility bills

These were the actual PDF’s that I get via eMail, I don’t get them on paper.

ID was scanned (it did pass the ver, it was the UB’s that did not - then again, they did pass on my other accts).

was the citizenship identical to the country of registration?

No. French eBay site, but ID from Uruguay.

That is completely ok and all my other accounts had no issues.

Something went wrong with the utility bills.

sorry , don't understand , is the registration address on ebay and payoneer and citizenship of the owner identical?

if ebay is registered in uruguay and the same is for payoneer then the only suggestion I can make is not to send the same document to payoneer that was rejected once and refrain from sending PDF but only send scans of paper documents

for that reason you can keep 2-3 types of utility bills / bank statements ready and replace one if it was rejected. althrough I think a bank statement from a major bank would be more favourable

I think I will lose this eBay acc.

1000+ feedback and 10 years old

Unless they let me keep using PayPal if Payoneer finally decides not to reinstate it

were the details you provided actually genuine? and have you already managed to pass this verification on other accounts for managed payments?

Details were stealth and they worked on many other accounts. Info always match my reg details.

I always use different utility bills but sometimes from the same companies (power supply, gas supply, gov taxes, etc) but with matching info depending on the acc. Those companies have millions of customers, so obviously they will get tons of utility bills from the same companies.

if you were already approved for payoneer with stealth connected to ebay a number of times then I would not worry much here it should be a random problem so you simply do many accounts and I am sure most of them will pass

Yes, thanks, but my problem is that I have linked a very good standing EB account to a Payo account that is having issues to get verified. I fear about not being able to lose that EB account anymore.

it is possible to connect another payoneer to ebay , for example one that is already verified for ebay but of course this always bears a risk , ideally it should be done on an account you can spare if it goes south

Thanks a lot! Unfortunately Payo has sent me their final rejection eMail.

I could create a new Payo but all info would be different. I don't know how my eBay account would behave in this case, because all the info will be changed when both accounts get linked.

Yes, it works on EB, but you must pass Payo's verification first

the result is not bad , just make sure you can pass their selfie test later as they know they have a weak verification and see a selfie test as compensation

I am struggling with my Payo incident on that specific account now. I wonder how it impacts on eBay's side when Payo doesn't like you.
