I haven't created a new account in awhile - feels like with MP being rolled out more and more...using pp for eb account creation is very rare

Ebay is switching to Managed Payments - so only a matetr of time before paypal is completely gone from the equation.
At the moment it is impossible to open a new seller acct with paypal in the US. I dont know about other countries but they too will be in the same position soon enough if theyre not there already.
