Funds stuck in MP after account has been suspended
 

I have about 1k stuck in my MP account before it was suspended and the funds are being held with this message:

""Your payouts are currently on hold because your eBay account is suspended. You'll start getting paid again when your account is reinstated. ""

I saw a previous thread regarding this, but wanted to know if anyone else has any updated information?

Im guessing the minimum is wait 60 days and it will be sent to my bank account on file. But others are saying 180 days just like paypal?

So this is what eBay was talking about a few months ago when they released an update saying they've changed how they handle listing removals and account suspensions. Perhaps they aren't "NARU"'ing accounts that have money tied up in them. :noidea:

Anyway buyers can start a chargeback for 6 months so I would assume they'll hold the $ for a minimum of 6 months.

It was right around the time MP was starting to rollout in the USA so it's been a while but I'll see if I can find the announcement when I get some time later. It said eBay is making changes to the way listing removals and account suspensions are handled but they didn't go into too much detail. One thing that I've noticed since that update is listing removals initiated by "VeRO agents" don't seem to be happening anymore. Instead you get a message from eBay saying "listing removed - couterfeit item policy" or something similar. They no longer tell you that "company XYZ" reported your listing and give you their contact information.

Ebay is accepting responsibility for any items which violate its policy,so it removes the listing ,it could be someone reported you or manufacturer reported you.

Does it matter for Adyn if a seller had many listing removals? Does it count when enrolling to mp??
