Stealth account is dead due to MP

OK, here is the story I have tested.

EU eBay Stealth account, with the creative ID and address doc. (nearly 100% can be verified by PAYPAL)

1. My first time to create an account with PAYONNER. Apply for a Payonner account under the holder name of stealth Ebay account, get the Payonner account successfully, even without asking for docs. But no virtual EU IBAN, because at the beginning you have to put your real IBAN linked.

2. Apply for a Payonner account under a Chinese name, have to link Chinese bank account (real person with real details, otherwise you can't receive the money from Payonner due to Chinese government regulation), and got the virtual EU IBAN. MP verified 2 small deposits and received an email from ebay said EBAY will charge back the 2 deposits. 1-2 days later EBAY account was blocked before charing back the 2 deposits.

Before doing the No.2, I consulted with Payonner. PAYONNER said it could be ok and the PAYonner holder name won't be showed up on the statement of EBAY bank account.

So ...?

Seems id + country setup is bad. As in some countries id can be checked against databases for validity

Name on Payoneer and nationality has to be the same as ebay, however you can add mismatched bank account in Pauoneer to withdraw. This is my knowledge. Correct me if I am wrong.
What is the nationality of your ebay?

nl eBay Stealth account and linked my REAL ING NL IBAN.

I don't know if it works to withdraw my bank (mismatched name), haven't hit a try
