MC011 legit account asking for invoices
 

I have a legit account in my wifes name, correct address, bank etc etc

Account was suspended, asking for invoices which I have but in my own name(account in wifes name), correct address, bank etc

Is it safe enough to send in the legit invoices which are in my name, not my wifes but address and everything is the same?

Can we phone them and explain the invoices are in the husbands name on wifes account without messing about with anything?

Depends if you sell used stuff or big quantities of brand new products.
Need more details to answer this. What triggered mc011? Did you not ship in time? Or had not received cases? Or listed a lot in a month? Did you have listings removed? If so, what was the violation you made?

You can play with the invoices if it was sent in a PDF. Otherwise, ask your suppliers to send you PDF invoices.

Sometimes they contact the supplier to ask if this invoice is legit. Upload edited invoices and hope for the best. You migh consider contacting the supplier to confirm everything is okay if asked.

does your wife last name same as yours?
if last name and address match and it is a legit vendor invoice(not a store receipt),it should be okay

that would not work on MP accounts which have already been verified because those can not be transferred and would be at risk of suspension

as long as you have not been verified you could change details since the actual verification has yet to come

The invoices are completely legit. All details are the same except for the first name on the invoice. Same last name, address and even my telephone number which is registered on ebay is the same.

Should I contact livechat and let them know that im sending in the invoices or should I just amend the first name?

They can contact the supplier if they like as its all legit

YOU CAN try livechat,those who man the chat are not the ones who verify your invoice,I dont think you will have any problem with your vendor invoice.

I wouldn't take a needless chance with eBay. Adobe Illustrator trial version will do just fine.

They won't contact your supplier, especially in your case.

Received 3 mc011 this holiday weekend. All 3 same day, 2 within 5mins of each other, the other was later in the day. Only notable thing between the 3. 2 of them had strong sales over the last month. But i have a lot of accounts like that. So, i guess sometimes it's just random or they just weary, i hate when they don't ask for ID right away, i get my hopes up they won't ask for it, and then they always do. It's kinda weird, sometimes they ask for ID and invoices and tracking and paypal/ebay cases... and sometimes it's just tracking, sometimes it's just invoicing, etc.. a variation of them.So far from my experience they have never not asked for a ID though for a mC011 which in my history i am 1 for 2 on. So we'll see.
