MP Account USA Troll
 
with new rule ( Managed Payment ) . Ebay lost so many money and member . i asked myself why they do ? 60% seller on ebay use stealth account ( or 70% ) , and Now all suspended after Payout several times . Anybody on Forum still selling good on Ebay USA after upgrade MP ? End for Stealth :( . I miss old days with Money on my paypal....

I dont agree.
Your assessment of 60-70% of sellers being of the stealth variety is a vast exaggeration.
Id estimate it at less than 2% at most.
And from ebay's perspective theyre making MORE money since this move opens up their sellers's goods to more buyers who are now able to use MORE payment options to make payment.
If youre in the US as your flag suggests you DO have options to keep on stealthing. Do your research. And if youre not in the US (and somehow from your post Im getting that impression) you should change your flag to show your real country.

Seems the main thing now is real docs - Ayden checks them with extreme caution. So stealth is mostly dead... viva deepweb.

today , it's so hard . =} i love USA . i have two accounts and all get " IMPORTANT NOTICE from eBay Managed Payments - Your Action is Needed " after upgrade MP . This topic is so friendly , guy !

it does not mean you are suspended though , you need to send in docs

i hope these will restore :( . i received 2 payout to bank account ( 19 and 20 USD ) and then ebay send that mail . So sad !
