Not sure if I am getting your question, but selfie and id are for sure different things banks and financial services require. When I opened a business payoneer 2 years ago I was never asked for a selfie.

Maybe Im not clear.

I have personal ebay accounts which payoneer require id for.

I also have business accounts which I have not yet added to payoneer

Is the request different for Ebay business accounts or if I upgrade my persona to business accounts ay some point are the id / selfie requirements different?

I did a couple Payoneer personal accounts. ID only, and business account requires alot more verification. I think it's best to keep everything personal, and only business upgrade if forced to do so. Payoneer has their own rules to use their service, research shows if their is issues with their service they may require video of you as well as selfie.
