MP and chargebacks/returns

What is the procedure for return cases or non received item cases on MP?
Do you get your seller fees back after you issue the refund?
In case of refunds and returns/non received items, can they see your mismatched name?
Can the refund amount go into negative balance until your sales cover for it?
Is it better to have weekly than daily payouts?
