Your payments are on hold, pending completion of a performance review. We will release the funds when the review is complete. You may continue to list and sell on eBay’s platform during this time.

Has anyone got that message?

Just dissapeared, no emails.

And mine was triggered by about 7k in sales over a weekend.

This happened to me on an account 2 months ago and within 24 hours got mc011 asking for invoices. Got it on another account afew days ago 3 days went by then restricted asking for tracking upload and usually after that will be invoices. Sucks I'm losing all my hard to get managed payment accounts. Running out of people/ names to use.

if you paid $170 for a number of ebay and etsy accounts the fraud should have been visible based on the price alone

only one account would cost more than this amount from a genuine seller , of course no one is gonna deliver anything to you for this money
