This account has ID uploaded a month ago, and bank verified with microdeps at the same time. Why do they want ID again? Same as PayPal that only asks ID again if they want to ban?

ebay.com for items shipped from USA is the best option. payoneer stealth is easy to do , lots of ebay accounts can be created and there is no VAT on ebay.com so that such shops could sell just like their USA counterparts but without that Adyen bull**** , without SSN , no tax forms etc.

this is paradise , even if it is for the US only

Docs are stealth, but were accepted many times already by eBay. And it seems it does not make any difference, real doc accs also receive the same alert.

as far as I know it is based entirely on the bank and I have 2 options why this is happening



a) this is a virtual bank account which ebay decided to block completely



b) ebay are cracking down on sellers who use foreign bank accounts as according to Adyen's TO's only local bank accounts are accepted

as far as I understand your LUX bank accounts are virtual accounts as well? most likely citibank because citibank have been issuing virtual accounts in LUX in large quantities and citibank is already banned in some other countries on ebay



Wise is a problem as well because it is the abused account provider #1 , there are loads of stealth accounts there

in all cases I know of so far it was a virtual bank account issued by companies like Payoneer , Worldfirst and some others. I assume that this here is continuation of the virtual account ban which will eventually blacklist all virtual bank accounts



that is why I recommend to stay away from such accounts and replace them with local banks to avoid such issues in the future. I also recommend not to use foreign IBAN's as it is very well possible that ebay will be cracking down on EU sellers whose ebay is registered in one country and IBAN is based in another one



for now as I see they sent this message for the GBP accounts of Wise. Now would be the time to replace EUR accounts of Wise through local banks as I think this will soon come as well

for that reason it is better to use local bank accounts at local banks avoiding any kind of accounts based abroad and any virtual accounts
