paypal will most likely be abandoned in all countries by 2022

that is why it is better to think about switching to payoneer as it is indeed the new paypal and it is even better than paypal in many instances , for example because it allows to use many currencies and bank locations

it is still better than USA for many types of items , with the crazy verification by Adyen and death of all stealth , SSN requirement , annual Tax forms etc. USA is becoming inconvenient

with payoneer people have been opening stealth like crazy and can trade in USA shipping from USA without that hassle , not for all types of items but for many types for sure

it does not work for new accounts , only established ones are still working

Starting from 15 SEP , all who still work with PP the listigns not will be renewed, according the following email : Update your account by August 30 so you can keep selling...All live listings will be ended starting on September 15

Yes. Some accounts are already starting to receive letters. Although a week ago they said that the transition would be delayed in Russia.

On MP's enrollment page, at the bottom there's a disclaimer:

*Listings made on ebay.com.hk, ebay.com.my, ebay.ph, and ebay.com.sg will not be provided with these payment options

However, you can still create a new Russian account and use PayPal.

Well if we do not have established accounts, how can we create Payoneer accounts now? In which country?

Doesnt change the reality of it though. ALL accts from ALL countries will be switched over to MP. More than likely by the end of year. Time to accept reality people.
