Program to bypass Payoneer OCR detection?
The utility bill I sent to verify my address was rejected by Payoneer with a short warning message: PDF (OCR text replacement)
Somehow they detected that the text had been modified. I used adobe acrobat dc to make some changes but it didn't work well, it was detecting the wrong fonts. Does anyone know a good program to do this right? |

| mine got aproved by editing the pdf online, go figure https://www.sejda.com/pdf-editor
i really didnt expect them to aprove it, it was a long shot. My plan was to use a real service bill and had a graphic artist touch the scan, like I did many times with paypal. But got realy lazy |

payoneer accept scans perfectly well and PDF's are not needed. I have now applied with 4 accounts to russian payoneer and all of them were accepted although all were stealth and all docs were scans
in the worst case you can do quantities , if you open many accounts you will have great chances to build strong stealth payoneer/ebay |

| Before publishing the modified PDF, please add previously broken characters. example of content to be modified " HELLO to GOODBYE" Before that need to add G D B Y to the file |

1. Can ebay check Russian info, or I can generate Russian info and create one?
2. Can you provide me the way to bypass Russian Payoneer, and what if there will be KYC requirement in the future? Which bank are you using to create Russian PO?
3. How much selling limits do you have with a new Russian account?

| you are asking basic questions of stealth. russian payoneer is created exactly the same way any stealth payoneer or paypal was created in the past. the only difference is that you need to be prepared to send a selfie in the future and you need to have access to a bank account that is accepted by payoneer
the most important thing is that stealth docs are easily accepted by payoneer , in the meantime I have applied with all my 7 russian stealth ebay accounts at payoneer , opened a separate payoneer for each ebay account with 100% stealth docs and was accepted , ID's were accepted immediately and utility bills somewhat delayed
payoneer's verifications has always been easy to pass with stealth docs and it is working with ebay MP as well , too bad they are not offering this for the UK instead of the damn adyen |

| Hey there! I hope you're reading this in a perfect condition. I just have some questions related to Payoneer verification.
I have created some accounts back in January/February of 2021 (some business and others just personal accs) and I intend to prepare them for work now that I need money haha
Are all countries request only Id Scans or sometimes they ask for additional selfie?
and Can you send me the ID sample that you work with if you don't mind?
