Payoneers checks bank account name ?

Hi, I am South Korea ebay seller.
I made a few stealth account in Payo
But they blocked my account when I submit verification documens(National ID and Utility Bill)
So most of the Payo accounts blocked.
I feel very hard to make stealth in Payo than PP

Payo checks if the bank account holder's name match Payo account name?

that is a question of quality , if every accounts gets blocked probably quality is unsufficient
