need help made new acct and have to put in ssn to complete first listing

need help made new acct and have to put in last 4 of ssn to complete making my first listing...also dosent let me connect to pay pal. is there anyway around this or do I just use freind/family member....also when i connect my bank to receive payout can the address on new bank acct be same as old bank acct (that was linked to baned acct)?

Ebay doesn't work with PayPal anymore. You can use friends and family, but not sure how stealth in the us works.
Do not connect bank account from banned account. Make a new one.
