All real except address
 

They do cross-check: Name/ surname with DOB and ID card number (SSN, Passport, Driver license, ...). But what about the address?: what if I put a real one I don't live in?.

If they do a soft check a viable solution would be changing the address in the bank (Despites not being my real home) a few months before joining M.P. ....

Does it really matters or am I getting crazy?

i was banned in ebay uk. recently i opened ebay uk with MP and they did soft search in my credit file. so i think address needs to match in uk but dont know in europe.

Ebay know that just about everyone has some internet trail - if they cannot find you then they are likely to reject you

Why do you blame your suspension on something so simple as your address?. There are other more revelant factors !
A suppossed case. What if a 18 y/o spanish boy in Spain wants to sell on eBay?. He must open a bank account and gives his parents house adress (the one on the ID card). But on eBay he puts the address of a friend's house where he manages his account and sell video games. Will eBay ban him because he doesn't officially figure in that address?. I don't think so. I think we guys are getting more and more paranoid each day ... It can't be that difficult for an average guy to sell on eBay

you just test spain , at least in some countries the address is needed , in spain it may not be the case as ebay would also want to check the internal ID number
