Stealth impossible even with Payoneer???
So I am attempting to make ebay accounts with payoneer for a lot of payoneer countries. So far no matter the set up, as soon as I link an ebay account (or make payoneer trough ebay) I get the same prompt to turn on my camera and take a selfie with document as part of verification. So maybe this is really the end of stealth?! |

| do you use local details? also in the past payoneer were stricter on foreign affiliation , there must be local bank , id , utility bill , mobile etc.
I know people who were opening payoneer stealth in various countries , as soon as they used a foreign ID they were immediately requested a selfie
it is likely that payoneer have replaced old style selfie with computer camera selfies and are asking for this when they see a non local connection like foreign ID , no local bank account , abscence of local mobile etc. |

so I recommend to use local details , you can get a SIM from the country of payoneer registration , stealth docs and if you do not have bank try fictional local bank details |

| no , ebay USA check databases and limit the use of bank accounts so that people can not open stealth there anyway
the issue here apparently arose with payoneer where stealth is usually easy to do. it is likely however the TO was asked to turn on the camera because they were using foreign details or incomplete details like missing local bank |

it is also possible that opening new ebay accounts with payoneer is becoming stricter
I have 7 russian ebay accounts , all established , applied to payoneer 7 times with 100% stealth docs and nothing of that sort was asked for
2 are already running on MP , even got payouts
curious thing by the way: all russian payoneer accounts send bank transfers with a currency code and full personal details in the payment subject |

if your still trying to do ebay stealth for a living, ur a pretty sad sod imo no offense. you've had nearly 10 years to figure your life out. We all knew this was coming. dont you watch sci-fi movies? most of them come tru eventually. |

There are many reasons to create stealth accounts since we all know that e Bay tend to suspend account for no reason or for a minor error. If you cannot make another account and correct the mistake how is it possible to progress? We all know that progress comes by making mistakes not avoiding them. |

| Russian government is very strict nowadays. They don't want russian money to go out of their country. They want only money in, no money out. They want to know exactly who made these money, and they want taxes from the person. This is why a lot of online financial institutions are forbidden in russia, trough them russians are taking funds out of the country. |
