This MP created a few months ago and recently updated bank info. Heres the problem, my id has old address on it and is expired. Should I still upload it? Thanks

No you shouldn't. eBay says in plain terms that the ID won't be accepted if it's expired. Head the the DMV and get a new ID with your address on it. :thumb:

Yes, changed from a credit union checking account to a big bank checking account and was flagged somehow. Perhaps changing bank account info or any other for that matter now sets a flag for review. Have not been asked for Id until now and have another mp account with other SSN and name which has sold much more and also never asked for id.

Update: uploaded legit but expired Id and thankfully was not clear enough. Asked for reupload and creative adjusted the expire date and uploaded. Will see what happens

My guess, given the scanning software they now employ coupled with manual reviews for flagged issues, would be they'll see you've altered a document in an attempt to deceive them.

I think you can guess what the outcome will be but good luck anyway. Fingers crossed.

Just as an aside, why did you ignore the advice given to you by phaz0rz?

Perhaps because OP is not in the USA physically for DMV access

Update: New id was accepted and flags do not show on account. Payment balance shows available but no payments scheduled yet - hoping it will soon

Account ended up being suspended, but still showed all listings active and buyers made purchases - all positive feedback, BUT all said payment not received, like a shadow ban. Took approx 30 mins and three eBay reps to get them to finally admit it was suspended. eBay shadow ban. Sadly for them they do not know I have two other backup accounts working well ;) I refunded all buyers and closed the bank account. Sorry eBay no fees for you!
