Payoneer acc withdrawn
 

So in general if I create a stealth Payoneer account for another country other than my country of residence can I attach a bank account from my country of reaidence in order to withdrawn the funds from the Payoneer account? There will be a mismatch in the registration country of the Payoneer account and the withdrawn bank account.

can you attach Payoneer from any country to any ebay from any county (aslong as ebay in that country allows payoneer)?

Or does payoneer has to be reg is same country as ebay

payoneer is better than paypal , lots of withdrawal options and ATM card is available in most countries

verification is weak so people have been moving stealth to payoneer for months. payoneer do not check databases , do not check residence country by credit checks but just ask for a utility bill so you can be in one country and run payoneer stealth in another one and withdraw to another one

payoneer is a fantastic option to run stealth on ebay with the only real disadvantage being that the registration country will be less prestigious as it is only available outside the major western countries

as it turned out the ebay verification with payoneer is weak as well , basically if you are accepted with payoneer for ebay selling then you are almost guaranteed to be in as ebay will approve in most cases as well
