Can I use savings account for eBay managed payment?

Hello
I have a big question.
Has anyone tried to use savings account to receive payouts from ebay?
Is it possible?
One of my friends say yes with Capitalone saving accounts.
He shows me only that he has received the 2 micro deposits, cause he has not had any payouts with his ebay account!!!

At one point, they had a problem with using savings accounts. Not sure if they still do.
