Hi

Is the current threshold still 200 transactions AND $20,000 in one year?

Also, when does eBay send the 1099's and is the 1099
from the previous January 1 - December 31 each year?

Yes that's the rule until next year.












They send them out/make them available around the same time as Paypal, which is a few weeks into the new year.















The 1099k's you get in 2021 will be for the calendar year 2020.

If its available a few weeks into the new year (Year 2022) then are the last few weeks before the new year sales not counted in that (Year 2021) 1099k?

No, the full year is included on 1099s. It takes a while for the forms to be generated which is why they aren't instantly available to you in the new year. In your example the 1099's you'll be getting in 2022 will be for sales from 1/1/21 to 12/31/21.
