dont use any virtual bank or payoneer, IF YOU DONT HAVE TO. I learned my lesson. But fortunatley im not a braindead human yet and now im able to save some of my accounts. lets gooooooooooooooo FVCK EBAY

as long as your bank has a brick in mortar in the USA your good. Capital one is sh1t, citi bank is sh1t, greendot all them are bad as per usual. revolut is bad so yeah brick and mortar if you want to last for awhile.

Bank Of America is pretty good, i can open an account and close it anytime i want they do ask why and all i say is i no longer need it and there fine with it

Payonner doesnt work for eBay US - they dont add or if they do get the eBay limited

Many "virtual banks" are fine it just depends on which service you pick. Most virtual banks in the US are not banks they are fin-techs who provided account management software, investment and apps. Many brick and mortar banks are providing banking and card services to "digital only banks" Revolut doesn't have a bank charter in the USA their banking services are provided by Metropolitan Commercial Bank. Ebay/Amazon/Paypal etc see your bank as Metropolitan Commercial Bank not Revoult. Everyone from BBVA to PNC are providing services for different Fin-techs.
