Something isn't right..

So apparently buyers have 45 days to file a complaint on an item however if you get restricted they'll hold your funds for 60 days. (From the day of your restriction) the timer starts.

How is this fair? Is it possible to contact eBay and nag them about this flaw to try to push funds out quicker?

Also, not to mention it takes 7-10 days for them to actually reply to your MC011 and finally restrict your account,

It should be 45 days from the last transaction you received.

**** eBay!! What are your thoughts on the extra 2 week fund hold? & Has anyone had luck getting them quicker by bringing this up to ebay trust & safety team?
