Interesting situation
 

So I have an account which has received MC011 before 2-3 years ago.
Today I have contacted ebay and asked them if its possible to register for managed payments. They told me that I need to resolve MC011 first ( ID and invoices )
Since the account is stealth my question is : Do I need to enroll into MP first with details which I have a good ID and bank account OR I need to resolve the MC011 with the current account details which is not impossible but very hard since I need to be creative with the ID

Hi,
as far as I know, you can update the infos for MP application.

First invoice, you are unable to complete MP apply if the account is restricted. Expect to have 0 eur/usd and 0 item monthly limit after reinstate. Expect to stay with customer care hours and hours

I was in situation like your, account reinstated, but now i have to wait a month for come back to sell becuase they don't want upgrande limits

I hope it will be reinstalled. I dont bother wait 30 days :)
Anyway it will be hard wit the Ids for the MC011... Its a stealth name

No, it will be not hard if you know how to be creative...

At eBay and Paypal pass everything...

Then you will change in a real identity when apply to MP

Apply to MP will override also eBay registry details
