How much does eBay take in fees with the new MP?

Im trying to edit my excel sheet in terms of how much gets subtracted from fees with the new MP system.

I'm seeing different numbers on the eBay community forums

It varies by category but I use 13% as a rule of thumb + whatever % (if any) you're paying to be promoted.
