Payoneer Stealth account transfer money
 

Hi everyone. I have a stealth Payoneer account in Ukraine. I would like to know how I can withdraw money to my bank from this account? I can not make transfer to my Payoneer in Russia because in my country Paoyneer has limited functionality and it does not accept incoming payments from other users.

As I understand it, there are two options:

1. Through exchanger in BTC
2. By transferring to another bank account

I would like to know if I can send a direct money transfer to a bank account with a different name than the Payoneer account holder?

By transfering to anothe account. Payoner is not crypto friendly.

You could buy crypto but the fees would be pretty high for it

Have you looked at opening a bank account in another country then withdrawing to that?

payoneer allow to withdraw to many different countries , not on russian payoneer but certainly in many other if not in all other payoneer countries so there are 3 ways that could be used:

a) you run a stealth ukrainian payoneer and check if they allow to use a russian bank account for withdrawal.

if yes you open stealth payoneer in ukraine in the name of the person who the russian bank accounts belongs to

b) you can get a bank card from payoneer and withdraw through ATM , such a card is not available in Russia but as far as I know it is in all other payoneer countries incl. Ukraine

c) you can get a bank account from non russian providers like Revolut and withdraw to that bank account

I personally know people who only withdraw from payoneer through card and do not use any bank accounts at all. in fact that is the main reason why they use payoneer

If I create a Ukrainian Stealth Payoneer account and add bank account details of Russia with another name, will it work?

What's Payoneer's attitude to the fact that the bank details will be different from the name in the account?

Some say mismatched names are okay. Depends on bank you use. Try making stealth with real name and everything else different.
Do stealth from Ukraine work?

With the right approach stealth payoneer will work from any country I think

The payoneer's official response is: "You can add another person's bank account, but we may ask for confirmation and explanation of this."

Quite a few mixed experiences around with use of stealth info for payoneer

All my Payoneer Russia and Ukraine accounts with fictitious id data were blocked. Most likely they have databases. If you make accounts with real data there is no problem with it.

The only problem for me is the bank account. I haven't tried adding a bank account with a different name to the account yet. I don't know if that will work.

name mismatch does not work with russian banks for sure , it does work with Revolut though

Do they really have database tho? Heard you can generate numbers with correct checksums and everything fine, no?

Not really a database I would say - more like algorithms with the occasional manual review

I did use real data with a changed full name. It didn't work.

Adding bank accounts to Payoneer in any name other then your own names will not work any more and its been that way for over a year. If you have a business account verified with incorporation documents they will allow you to add bank accounts for more then one member/partner listed on the filing document submitted. In that case ID that matches the bank statements will still need to be submitted.

russian ID is easily verified through databases. for example russian banks check ID's during online applications like this , they even know the exact date of issue and who exactly issued it , they even ask for verification to confirm "letter by letter" who issued the ID
