Banned MP accounts

Has anyone had a MP account banned but still have other active MP accounts that are still good? This is more of a question for business accounts with real EIN/ info/ SSN but any input is welcome.

Same name, address, LAST 4 ssn in MP registration, not on the actual ebay account though. That remains or were signed up stealth.
