Payoner was working perfect before Eb
 

Once upon a time payoner worked just fine. Nowadays tho, you get verified by payoner only if you register for Eb. No other account is being verified. All payonee customers are on hold because of Eb. Starting to hate the company.

just open payoneer in your own country , pay people to register with their details. this is the safest way , payoneer for ebay is mostly active in third world countries with a lot of poverty , I am sure it is not too hard to find people who want to make some money , they do not even need to withdraw anything to their own bank account , in most countries it is possible to place own bank account on file and order a payoneer card to withdraw through ATM so that bank withdrawals would only need to be made with small amounts and from time to time for security purposes

Can link bank from different country?
In my country there is no option for payoneer for ebay. Can they be linked from different countries?

You might have to experiment and use a bank account in the process - seems doubtable though

other countries can probably be used but a local bank account should also be confirmed and on file

if you are from an adyen country you should not use payoneer for ebay , payoneer works best if you have access to the country where you want to register.

The problem is that people doesn’t want to give their details because it can bring up to misreporting to tax authorities of money outside the country which must be reported. And it is legally dangerous as well. So very hard to find people who wants to give their details.
