New eBay account suspended
 

I received a message by Ebay saying ''Reactivate your eBay account''

So I contacted customer service via chat and receive this message:

''Upon reviewing, I can see that due to several discrepancies in your registration information. Unfortunately, your account cannot be considered for reinstatement and shall remain restricted indefinitely.''

Any idea?

same thing for me. created a new account on a new pc with 4G mobile hotspot. all real info. got that email after payoneer verified my info

once you get the "indefinitely", theres no coming back

this "reactivate your account" crap seems to be a thing now. I was able to get mine restored, but still. wtf

Hit and miss. Normally depends on the IP you are using and the browser you are using. Some tend to block a lot due to the security settings.

Could be also related to the information on the account, but can't say for sure since I run a mixture of accounts with information matching database or info that has no match whatsoever, ie; made-up.

This is 100% the reason for your inability to create an account that works. Firefox portable doesn't help either.
If you've been reading these forums, you would understand that stealth is dead, gone and buried. It's been this way for a year now since Ebay's push toward managed payments.
If this is the first time that you've heard of signing up with ONLY real and verifiable personal information, then you need to do some reading. These forums have a weath of information. Read it. Learn it. Use it.

Chrome and internet explorer work best. The reason? Normal people use one of these two. You want to look like an everyday person in the eyes of Ebay. Using virtual machines, portable browsers, VPNs, VOIP phone numbers, ⊗⊗⊗⊗ information, etc looks suspicious and won't work.
Don't forget to use a brand new phone if accessing Ebay via mobile and try to use a PC with windows 7 or a brand new pc. Windows 10 and 11 leak, so separate user accounts will link.
Best of luck... Remember that any ordinary "joe" can open a successful Ebay account in minutes. You need to think and act like "joe"
