I got this message after selling my first item on a brand new account, account has real account details but I altered the address number because an real account I made previously got banned with the same address due to VeRO issues. They are now asking for a passport or driver license id number. Suppose I used a random generated number would that be an automatic suspension. what should I do in this case, any experience thanks

It was just an old Nintendo GameCube game. I honestly don't think I can make up a random driver license id number with ebays system, they would most likely flag it and then ask for photo id, if I were to make a random id number any way I should go about it if anyone had any luck passing that?

After your first sold item on a new managed payment account, I think they ask for your id number regardless of the item.

Personal details has to be legit. eBay is requesting docs on any account that fails to verify with their system

Might be true but few other ppl have reported that this isn't the 100% case

Yep only way it works now, stealth accounts on ebay is dead unfortunately without valid id number

For the MP side, stealth is rougher
