Periodic performance review

Hi I created an eBay Stealth account and I listed an item (not even attached bank account yet just created the seller account) and an hour later I receive an email saying periodic performance review? I’ve not even sold anything yet. Is this a sign my stealth account is going to be suspended? I’ve done everything right. I’ve got a Dedicated IP, new phone number, new address etc so it shouldn’t be

Maybe the Dedicated IP is the problem.So you buy the Dedicated IP from ip burger? And the stealth account with really info?

I used private internet access dedicated IP service so it’s definitely a good one, and yes I used a rental property I own as the address so it’s definitely real. No way they could of traced it’s me, all fresh info. So very confused why I got this periodic review thing after one listing
