Gift Credit Cards for order refunds

Hi

wondering what prepaid gift credit cards available in pharmacy stores still works?

I just tried vanilla gift and it doesnt work anymore. Sometimes a refund is needed right after the funds were withdrawn to my bank account. eB asks for a credit card to be added in order to issue the refund.

Can anyone suggest a solution to this?

Reduce the frequency of disbursements so you have a reserve to pay any refunds - no card required at all.
