online bank account

I have been working on ebay for years with stealth accounts
using Paypal, but after the new update ( ebay managed payment)
i coudn't create a new ebay seller account i tried payoneer, wise, revolut
it didn't work,
please help me i need to find an online bank's account accepted by ebay

It works for some EU accounts but not for UK or the US as far as I am aware
