You can’t add a bank to a suspended eBay, it’s time to create a new account and move on

Were you a legit seller, using own name and info, trying to open an account or sell from an existing account for the first time?

Or trying to open stealth account?

if his account is suspended after making a sale,then he would like to withdraw the sales proceeds from his suspended account to a bank account,but it looks like Ebay would not let him do it.
so where is the money now?

The money is going to unclaimed funds in his state after 180 days
